    Website build includes:
  • • 30 minutes a month (or 6 hours annually) for updates and changes to content or design • Changes and fixes that are part of ACM are not counted towards your 6 hours • Software updates and platform changes • Uptime monitor will alert us if your website goes down • Code Hacking monitor will alert us if your website’s code changes (a sign that either your website has been hacked or that one of your plugins has failed and needs fixing) • Daily malware scan by host and a monthly malware scan by us • Broken link scan to find links and images that have lost their connection and needs fixing • Monthly off-site backup for website, database, and email for WordPress websites • One restore website per year
    AfterCare Maintenance includes:
  • • Build payments: $1000 to start project; $1000 before launch. • ACM payments: $100 billed on the first of each month or $1100 annually. Pay by check or credit card with an auto-pay option. • Overage Rates: $100 per hour <3 hours per month, then $125 per hour. 15 minute increments. 7 day turn-around. • Rush Rate: $150 per hour. 30 minute increments. 1-3 days turn-around depending on job. • Emergency Rate: $200 per hour. 60 minute increments. Immediate start/ASAP.
